Bound for the Sound 5k and 10k Road Race for Education
Formerly known as the Artistry in Motion Road Race, the Bound for the Sound 10K and 5K start in popular Sound View Beach in Old Lyme, CT and take runners by some of the most picturesque natural vistas Old Lyme has to offer.
The 10K is mostly flat with some gently rolling hills along country roads. the 5K is very flat with great a great run through the Old Lyme beach community. Both runs are capped off with a finish down historic Hartford Avenue facing the beach.
There is also a 1 mile family fun run!

Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers. Race T-Shirt available to the first 150 registered participants
All proceeds will go to the Lyme Old Lyme Education Foundation. Local Massage Therapists Bonne Sante and Vitality Spa will provide pre- and post-race massage for tips which will also be donated to LOLEF.
