Scott's Yankee Farmer Apple Orchard
Open yearly, Scott's Yankee Farmer Apple Orchard lets customers pick their own apples. There are many varieties to choose from including Cortland, McCown, Empire, Gala, Ida Red, Mutzu, Red and Yellow Delicious and Braeburn. The orchard also features a pick-you-own pumpkin patch, open from mid to late September through late-October. It also offers wagon rides and a store carrying potted mums, Indian corn, gourds and apple cinnamon donuts (donuts are only available during the weekend).
