Eclectic Chef

<p>Rich McFadden, owner of the Eclectic Chef, ships his very popular lobster and crab bisque to Florida customers who summer in Niantic, but can't last the winter without it.</p> <p>The deli itself has a casual eclectic atmosphere in keeping with the name. In addition to the bisque you can find Boars Head meats and cheese, deli sandwiches, homemade soups, salads, grinders and fresh-made pies. Daily specials are e-mailed out to a list of over 200.</p> <p>This is the ninth year of the Ecletic Chef and the third year in this location. Catering is available.</p>
