Full Moon on Breen Avenue

Robert Spitz, 18, of 25 Mahan Drive, Old Best Paige, NY, was issued an infraction on July 20 for "creating a pubic disturbance" for exposing his buttocks on Breen Avenue in Old Lyme. (I'm pretty sure that the officer meant "public disturbance" but the Freudian slip is understandable given the situation.)
