Thomas Birk I, 30, of 52 Pennsylvania Avenue in Oakdale was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Drive Right after East Lyme Police reportedly observed him driving erratically on the Rocky Neck Connector in East Lyme and stopped him to administer a field sobriety test. Bond was set at $500.
Timothy J. Sullivan, 39, of 26-27 Ocean Avenue, Niantic, was arrested and charged with three counts of Failure to Appear in the Second Degree. Sullivan was arrested after East Lyme Police Officer David Favarlora responded to an unrelated call to Best Value Inn on Flanders Road in East Lyme and discovered that Sullivan had three outstanding warrants. Bond was set at $1,000, $10,000, and $1,000.

Brian J. Hague, 33, of 38 South Beechwood Road, East Lyme, turned himself in to state police barracks, Troop E in Montville, where he was arrested and charged with Possession of Child Pornography in the 1st degree. Bond was set at $50,000.
