Gerald P. Kohutovic, 50, of 3-1 Bill Hill Road, Old Lyme, was charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, and unlawful restraint in the first degree following a husband and wife dispute that allegedly occurred on November 24. The incident was not reported to police until November 27 and Kohutovic was arrested on a court warrant on November 28. Bond was set at $50,000.

A male resident of Wychwood Road in Old Lyme was transported from his residence to Lawrence & Memorial Hospital on November 29 for emergency committal, Old Lyme Police report. No further details were provided.
