Nicholas J. Marcelo, 20, of 19 Terrace Avenue, Apt. A, New London was charged with larceny in the third degree. The accused turned himself in on an outstanding arrest warrant issued on November 20, 2012, for crimes committed on Chesterfield Road in East Lyme. Bond was set at $25,000.

Robert J. Bourassa, 64, of 854 Bougainvillea Lane, Apt. 5, Vera Beach, Florida, was arrested on a PRAWN warrant on Flanders Road in East Lyme and charged with violation of probation. Bond was set at $20,000.

Morrison, 43, of 12 Broadview Avenue, Uncasville, was pulled over by East Lyme Police at West Main Street and Black Point Road and charged with failure to register a motorvehicle, improper license and registration, having insurance coverage that fails to meet the minimum requirements, and operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused or revoked. Bond was set at $500.
