- All Post Offices
- The New York Stock Exchange
- Old Lyme Transfer station
- Old Lyme Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library, East Lyme Public Library, and Lyme Public Library (which is always closed on Monday).
- No Southeastern Area Transit (SEAT) buses will run today.
