Two Great Choices For Christmas Dinner To-Go From Flanders Fish

New Culinary Grad Designs Holiday Menus

In the tradition of keeping things fresh at Flanders Fish, the restaurant is  offering two new menus for its popular "Christmas Dinner To-Go" holiday take-out meal, that have been designed by Olivia Formica, a recent graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.

Olivia decided to update the Christmas menus for 2013 to enable hosts to serve a formal, elegant meal in the comfort of their own homes, while recognizing that holiday dining traditions vary within families.  What hasn't changed, Olivia notes, is the value that the Flanders Christmas Dinner To-Go represents: high quality cuisine presented in a multitude of holiday dishes that serves 8-10 people for an affordable price.  The Christmas Dinner To-Go tradition at Flanders Fish adds further value by returning precious time to families that would have been spent on grocery shopping and preparing elaborate recipes.

The Options For Christmas 2013

The Surf & Turf Christmas Dinner, $229.99, features prime rib au jus and stuffed shrimp.  The Italian Style Christmas Dinner, $149.99, includes house-made lobster ravioli, roast chicken and baked codfish.  Each meal also includes a generous number of appetizers, side dishes and desserts and is packaged with easy heating instructions.  Full menus are at: http://flandersfish.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Christmas-Dinner-To-Go-2013-Flanders-Fish.jpg.

The last day to order Christmas Dinner To-Go is Saturday, December 21st.  Meals can be picked up at the Flanders Fish Market, 22 Chesterfield Road, East Lyme by 5pm on Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24.  Please call 860.739.8866 to place your order or visit http://www.flandersfish.com for more information.
