The menu for the St. Patrick's Day All-You-Can-Eat Buffet at Flanders Fish is a comprehensive "taste of Ireland." All the classic dishes are there, Corned Beef & Cabbage, Shepherd's Pie and Irish Soda Bread, but also look for Cheddar Ale Stew, Colcannon (a potato and cabbage mash), Irish Red Ale Battered Codfish and Whiskey Rice Pudding.  Chef Tim Shelburn was inspired by Irish-American as well as traditional Irish cuisine when he designed the offerings.

Diners can also enjoy the famous Irish Beer, Guinness Stout, that is now available on tap at Flanders Fish or perhaps an Irish Whiskey. Green beer and a live band playing Irish ballads will enhance the always festive atmosphere that loyal customers have come to know at Flanders Fish.
