Bad Habits

Sometimes the way to wellness is as easy as changing one bad habit. Maybe by changing just one bad habit you will be on your way to a healthier you.

Sometimes the way to wellness is as easy as changing one bad habit. Ask yourself a couple of simple questions.

 - When you get the urge for this habit, what is happening around you? (Example, who are you with and what are you feeling?)

- What craving are you satisfying?

Once you have identified the motivators, try inserting a new routine. If one of your habits is having an evening snack, try a new routine of brushing your teeth a little earlier and having nothing after that point. Experiment and find something new that will satisfy the same urge, such as going for a walk or reading a magazine. Who knows, maybe by changing just one bad habit you will be on your way to a healthier you.  If you need help identifying some healthy options, ask one of the trainers at Anytime Fitness.
