We are a national non-profit looking to open up a state program in Conneticut. We are looking for a resident to get things going. This person will be most likely also become the President of Teach to Learn Conneticut. The Teach to Learn Foundation aims to increase educational oppurtunities by offering free tutoring, free books, and running a children's literacy program. Contact us for more information.

I wondered that myself when I looked at it, then noticed that lots of our local farmers markets…Read More aren't on the map. When I dug a little deeper, I noticed that all the markets the state lists are "self-reported" in other words, markets have to let the state know and then they're added.

I feel that beyond my concerns, my children may feel threatened or uncomfortable in a school with kids that are so much older than they are. It just doesn't seem like this would be the best decision for any of the children that would be affected by this change.
