Ivoryton, CT - From December 6 – 16, “A Child’s Christmas in Wales” will be performed at the Ivoryton Playhouse in Ivoryton, CT. This nostalgic holiday production, presented by Citizens Bank, is being called “poetry for the eyes and the heart.” The play will be performed in both spoken word and American Sign Language by an 11-member cast of both hearing and hearing-impaired actors.
Produced in partnership with The National Theatre of the Deaf (NTD), the production provides NTD with an opportunity to make culturally rich theatrical performances available to the hearing-impaired community, as well to provide opportunities to talented hearing-impaired actors from across the country.
